He has represented numerous companies in the energy sector on countless transactions and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on renewable energy.

    Robert W. Kendrick (President) has been an officer in various public and private companies, and the founder and principal of a private investment banking firm specializing in reorganization, turnarounds, and recapitalization. Mr. Kendrick’s strategy for success is simple: convey the firm’s vision to demonstrate benefits to all parties, lead the team through effective and efficient business processes, and bring value to the community.

    CDR John Harding, USCG Ret. (COO) has over twenty successful years of experience in the technical and executive management of maintenance operations for major platform mechanical systems and associated auxiliary equipment, encompassing the disciplines of power generation and distribution, piping, refrigeration, auxiliary support systems, and hazardous materials management. He is a certified maintenance and reliability professional.

    Robert Kirsten has 15 years of business experience working in executive roles for Wells Fargo Bank, UNESCO, UNDP, and Pax World Management Corp. His experience with environmentally responsible finance projects spans more than a dozen years and includes consulting to a large number of clean technology and biodiesel technology startups.
